Return Policy

Only defective items will be accepted for return, freight prepaid, at the factory warehouse of KM Sales. The original invoice and a return authorization number from KM Sales must accompany defective items. All defective items must be packaged correctly and shipped ground transportation to the factory warehouse to be reviewed, tested and replaced. No defective products will be accepted without a return authorization number listed on the outside of the packaged being shipped.
